Refund policy

All products from It's Lake Ontario are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you after you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind.

Defects and Misprints

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us at seanmchaffie@me.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
