Are you affiliated with the Canadian or U.S. government?

No. It's Lake Ontario is an independent, Canadian-owned small business. We're not affiliated with any government, political party, or official campaign. We built this because we didn't like an executive order renaming a lake we grew up next to — that's the whole story.

Why print-on-demand instead of stocking inventory?

Speed and honesty. This started as a reaction to a news story, and print-on-demand let us get a real product live within 24 hours instead of waiting weeks on a bulk order we'd have to guess the sizing on. It also means zero unsold inventory going to landfill. We're upfront that this isn't a "Made in Canada" manufactured product — see our Our Story page for where we're headed long-term.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every shirt is printed to order once you check out. Production takes 2-5 business days, then shipping takes 5-10 business days within Canada or 7-14 business days to the U.S. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships. Total time is usually 1-2.5 weeks door to door.

What sizes do you carry, and how do they fit?

Our tees run true to size on a standard unisex fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering — because every shirt is made to order, we can't exchange for a different size once it's in production.

What's your return policy?

Because each item is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at seanmchaffie@me.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
